The integrated corundum aerator, after repeated testing and design, is novel and unique, offering the following advantages: 1. Simple structure, with only three components in the integrated type, enabling fast assembly and easy installation and debugging at the bottom of the tank. 2. Excellent sealing performance, preventing air leakage caused by poor contact between different materials. 3. Large surface area, with calculations showing an increase of nearly 75%, which correspondingly increases the aeration volume, improves oxygen transfer efficiency, or expands the service area. The integrated aerator can cover a service area of 0.5-0.8 m² per unit (H2O). 4. Superior aeration and mixing performance. Traditional aerators only aerate from the front, while the integrated aerator aerates from both front and back simultaneously, making it easier to stir and push the wastewater upward from the bottom of the tank. |
